Welcome to the Journey Nursing Services team.

In this module, you will find a comprehensive mix of learning materials, including courses with test requirements, PowerPoints, policies and procedures, and attestations of understanding objectives. The New Employee Orientation is required for all employees. You will also need to complete all your documents in your onboarding in BambooHR.

Caregivers Requirements:

• Complete The Caregiver Pre-employment Quiz. 
• Complete 2025 Caregiver Training
• You will complete an in-office skills review.
• Range of Motions Skills.
• Some cases may require additional onsite orientation
• Specialty Trainings: Based on Request.
  • Nurse delegation courses (Core/ Diabetes)
  • Hospice and End of Life Care Specialty Course. 

Nurses Requirements: 

• Complete: 2025 Nurse Training (RN/LPN)
• Skills Orientation
• Specialty Trainings: Dependent job.
  • RN Delegation for The Delegator: for any nurses planning on doing RN Delegation. 
  • The Tracheostomy care and ventilatory training: if working with patient on ventilators.
