Our ONLINE Course is under review! It is designed as self-paced learning and you will have access to your Instructor throughout.
2 Virtual classroom sessions of one hour each are built in to the online course for team-building, practicing communication, and skills remediation needs.
- For our On-the-Job caregiver training, Journey University offers the highest quality of 'in-person' learning.
Our Virtual Classroom sessions allow for interaction between instructor and learners, respecting what each person brings in experience, and fine-tunes communication skills in a way no online course can.
- This Course is FREE to Employees of Journey Nursing Services.
- Classes begin June 8, 2026 and can be completed in as little as 6 weeks.
- You may complete the 5 hours of Orientation & Safety videos independently, even before the first day of class.
- Before you can be scheduled for an orientation shift (applies to On-the-Job Training only), you MUST attend the first 8-hour Skills Day IN PERSON at our classroom in Everett at 2210 Hewitt Ave., Suite 203. Parking is off of Wall Street in the back of the building.
